Pasta made using unleavened dough, and cut into short thin threads (angel hair).
Ingredients: highest quality wheat flour, water, fresh eggs.
Method of preparation: 100 g of pasta, one liter of water, 15 g salt. Put the pasta into boiling water and stir gently. Boil on low heat.
Nutritional value per 100 g of product:
- proteins - 14,5 g;
- fats - 3,2 g;
- carbohydrates - 65,9 g.
Energy value: 372 kcal.
To be stored in a cool, well ventilated place, away from sunlight, with a temperature up to +30 C and a relative humidity up to 70%.
