Delivery, Returns and Refunds
The products purchased in our store can be picked at Madein.md office (Alecu Russo Street 15, 6th floor, office 58) or can be delivered directly to our clients. In the office, products can be picked from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. Delivery is made only in Chisinau and costs 35 lei.
Upon receipt of the products, the client signs an invoice after checking in advance, in the courier’s presence, the integrity of the package and of the product.
If the products purchased by the client prove to be defective, damaged, expired or do not match the description, they can be replaced or returned. Madein.md is obliged to conduct a free examination, repair and/ or replacement of defective products. Products that cannot be repaired will also be replaced.
The client also has the opportunity to return the products at will. He has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time, before or after receiving it. However, the returned product should be undamaged and in relevant conditions.
Cancellations and refunds:
If a client wishes to cancel a transaction (payment), he must immediately contact us by phone or e-mail. The transaction will be canceled within 24 hours if the order has not been shipped. If the order has been sent for delivery, it is no longer possible to cancel the transaction (you will first need to return the goods, and then we will refund your money).
After the customer canceled the delivered order and returned the goods, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days to the same card or to the same PayPal account.
